Trimusculus Schmidt, 1818:Protoconch smooth, planorbiform, twisting sometimes to the point of appearing offset at right angle relatively to the following part of the shell; teleoconch very quickly enlarging, radially striated, with commarginal incremental marks. Inside: horseshoe-shaped muscle scar, open anteriorly; siphonal groove on the anterior-right. |
