| The shape and the microsculpture are those of the puteana of Coutagne: shell subconical and not cylindrical as in lineolata, spiral sculpture obsolete and very thin, but not missing as in vitrea. |

| Spiralix puteana lives in hyporheic habitats as well as in karstic aquifers of at least the Gard and the Vaucluse. Same spot. 1,65mm. |
