Fluviatile, lacustrian and crenobiont. Known distribution: almost worldwide (hence a huge number of synonyms). Suspension and deposit feeder. Above: adult specimen collected in sediments, downstream the karst spring and its pond, Camarade hamlet, south-west of Valence-sur-Baïse, Gers, Occitania, S. France. Altitude ≈ 95m. 2,85mm. |
