Known distribution: Miers, in the south-west of Padirac, Causse de Gramat, Lot, S. France. Specimen collected in sediments at Font Blouze, west of Miers. Altitude ≈ 315m. Size: 3mm. |
Shell tall-spired, somewhat similar to those of cebenensis (Dupuy, 1849) or jodevidtsi Bichain & Bertrand, 2022; the whorls are separated from each other by a deep suture, with a marked subsutural ramp; the latter and its suture get stronger in adult whorls, the suture becoming a furrow and the ramp a significantly shaped shoulder. Bythinella ferussina (Des Moulins, 1827) is narrower, with more convex whorls and a weaker subsutural area. – Same spot. 2,75mm. |
