Mediterranean. Ectoparasit in the infralittoral. Original taxon: Odostomia pusilla var. “grossa”. Shell conical with a large base; whorls slightly convex; radial costae opisthocline and a little sinuous, with narrower interspaces. Protoconch of type A. Often confused with Turbonilla sinuosa (Jeffreys, 1884), but the latter bears much more sinuous folds, and is strictly atlantic. |
