Solatisonax contexta (Seguenza, 1876)
Mediterranean. Circalittoral to continental shelf and slope.
Original taxon: Solarium contextum.
 
The shell has a thinner sculture than that of alleryi, and its spire is slightly more domed. On the base, the radial rectangular tiles that spread around the umbilicus are less marked.
