Pyrgulina nana

Ectoparasit in the infralittoral.
 
A very small, ovoid, imperforate shell. Protoconque small, heterostrophic, with a sunken nucleus. Teleoconch of 3,5-4 whorls, the first one almost blat, the following being a little convex. The suture is marked. Sculpture made up of sharp radial costae crossed by slightly smaller spiral threads. The radials weaken on the base, where the spirals become predominant. Aperture ovate, elongated, angled posteriorly, round anteriorly; columella with one tiny, hardly visible fold.
