Parthenina dollfusi (Kobelt, 1903)
Mediterranean.
Ectoparasit in the lowest infralittoral and the circalittoral.
Original taxon: Parthenia dollfusi.
 
Shell conical, translucent. Protoconch of type B tending to C. Teleoconch: whorls flat, separated from each other by a marked sutural ramp, with a radial sculpture of very numerous ribs, about 30 on the last whorl, broadly opisthocline and slightly sinuous, wide and not much elevated, separated from each other by narrower interspaces. These radials extend on the base, where they can become obsolete; some spirals, more or less visible, run along the base and on the anterior part of the whorls; aperture showing a water droplet section, acute adapically, flat externally, rounded at its base.
