Strait of Gibraltar. Predator in the low infralittoral, and at least the circalittoral. The shell of this species is characterized by its two profile breaks. Granulina boucheti has less rostrated extremities. The labial teeth of torosa are rather strong, but specimens devoid of denticles do exist, such as this one pictured above, dredged at 300m deep in the Strait. 2,2mm. |
