Gari costulata (Turton, 1822)
Faeroe and Norway to Angola, Azores to Mediterranean. Deposit feeder from the upper infralittoral (rare), to the circalittoral (less uncommon) and the continental shelf, on muddy sands and gravels.
Original taxon: Psammobia costulata.
This is the smallest Gari in european waters.
Synonyms: discors, vatovai.
